IBM Lotus Forms Turbo is a software module that enables users to quickly create and send electronic forms (eForms) with no desktop software required. It allows users to publish or email a simple web link to the eForm, fill out the form directly from the web, and securely store the submitted data. IBM Forms Turbo is included with IBM Forms Server and can also be purchased as a standalone product.
